Musket Girls!

I, who died abruptly in my previous life, was reincarnated into a modern-style war world where line infantry clashed. As a commoner lieutenant, I was ostracized as “Krombertz the Grim Reaper” because of the high number of casualties among my subordinates. In this situation, I was assigned as a staff officer to the Sixth Special Forces Brigade, which consisted entirely of women. The scheming brigade commander and the carefree non-commissioned officers were all women, and the infantry were mostly inexperienced girls. In this world, if you don’t fight, you’ll be killed. Then I have to do something… but how?!
After my previous life was cut short, I was reincarnated in a world of early modern-style warfare where line infantry exchanged gunfire. Being a commoner second lieutenant, I was shunned as “Krombertz the Grim Reaper” because of the many deaths of my men in battle. With that, I was assigned to the 6th Special Tasks Brigade, an all-female unit, as a staff officer. In this world, if you don’t fight, you will be killed. In which case, I have to do something about this, but how?
