A plane was witnessed crashing, engulfed in black smoke. It appeared to have been caused by a “superhuman.” However, strangely, the crash resulted in minimal damage to the aircraft, and, most notably, 200 survivors. High school students Tokio Kurohara and Azuma Higashi, returning from volunteering to help with the accident cleanup, are suddenly confronted by a delinquent they have a history with… but something seems different about him.
Being a superpowered creature isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, though. Tokio has to hide his transformation from his family and dodge a truancy charge at school, all while dealing with the increasingly odd incidents happening around town!
